A New York based fast growing home care service company is looking for an enthusiastic, committed
FULL TIME / PART TIME INTERNS
to join our team and participate our internship program!
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. High School diploma or general education degree/equivalency; Associate Degree in Business or related area desired;
2. One to three years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination or education and experience.
3. Ability to comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
4. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, patients, and other employees of the agency.
5. Proficient in the use of office equipment and the computer; Microsoft Word and Excel.
6. Self-directing, good organizational and interpersonal skills.
7. Blingual of English/ Chinese or English/ Spanish is highly preferred.
Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for various office functions within the Home Care Office that includes, but not limited to, areas such as reception, personnel, recruitment, establishing appointments, processing billing transmittals, correspondence, payroll, filing, answering telephones, typing, word processing, assisting with human resources/recruitment projects.
